We are elated to introduce Melissa Lowe, our latest addition to the team as our Head of Luxury and E-Commerce.

Melissa brings with her a wealth of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success and sales - hailing from SaaS industry giants SAP and Oracle. Pursuing her passion for fashion Melissa left SAP to start a company and clothing line focused on customisation customer’s could customise tops, selecting the fabric and neckline from a curated selection which would then be tailor made.
During this experience she came across Fit Finder, Fit Analytics sizing platform that reduced returns by providing accurate sizing recommendations to customers. Suitably impressed by the tech and company she decided to join the company soon after. She became the Customer Success Lead for North America working with various global brands. Fit Analytics was acquired for a whopping $124 million by Snap Inc in 2021, and Melissa moved on to lead the sales and execution of the AR Mirror product and campaigns for Snap Inc. AR Enterprise Services division.
These experiences, coupled with her strong SaaS background, makes Melissa a perfect addition to our ShopAR family.
Melissa’s primary focus is to increase the adoption of 3D models and augmented reality in the fashion ecosystem, enabling consumers to make more informed, engaging purchasing decisions and provide a digital twin for all purchases.
